Birthday Cake Bites
Craving birthday cake? No need to wait until your birthday to enjoy these easy to make, no bake funfetti bites! Made from healthy ingredients, these rainbow sprinkled, birthday cake goodies are coated in a white chocolate shell and topped with rainbow sprinkles for the perfect fun bite sized treat!
Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Almond Flour

3 tbsp Maple Syrup or honey (or monk fruit for sugar free option)

1/3 Cup Raw Nut Butter

Sugar free White Chocolate Chips (I used Lily’s White Chocolate Chips)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract
- Rainbow Sprinkles
Directions:

Combine almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, almond extract and vanilla extract in a bowl.

Fold in sprinkles, roll into 10 bite size balls and place on parchment lined pan.

Place into freezer for 15- 20 minutes

Melt White Chocolate Chips and roll each ball into the melted white chocolate placing back on parchment lined pan.

Top with sprinkles before chocolate cools and hardens.

Freeze for another 5 mins and enjoy! Store in air tight container in freezer.
